Peter Wolff, LCPC
Wouldn’t it be great if we could live every moment from the truest and deepest part of our self? To feel calm, confident, and connected – connected to our self, to others, and to God. The reality is that our daily lived experience is generally a mix of angst, insecurity and isolation. We know we were meant for more than this, but we question if it’s possible to get there. Being disconnected from self, others, and God leaves us in despair of ever living to the fullest. Finding connection with another, even in therapy, can help us live out the whole and integrated life for which we long. I believe that we were designed for and are defined by our relationships. While deep pain is often encountered in these very relationships, it is also through relationships that we find deep healing. Encountering a safe person in a safe place leads to healing and deeper growth.
I seek to provide such a space in therapy where your story will be witnessed with grace for you to explore and to receive.
